Isa Otón - Creative Director and Co-founder of ATICA
Isa Otón is a stylist and color expert with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Her professional career has taken her to some of the most prestigious salons in Spain, where she has perfected her technique and established herself as a leading figure in styling and color.
His career began in Barcelona, where he worked for eight years in the best salons, acquiring a solid technical foundation and exploring new trends. He then moved to Madrid, where he spent six years at Salón 44, perfecting his precision in cutting under the guidance of Carlos Verbena, who was his mentor.
Later, he took over the management of Oculto, where he worked for another six years, leading a team and consolidating his strategic vision for the business. After this career path, he decided to fulfill his dream and found ATICA Salón, an exclusive and avant-garde space that combines styling and experimental industrial design.
Inspired by Malasaña, the neighborhood where she has lived for 12 years, Isa created ATICA with the vision of offering a completely personalized experience. Her partner and business partner, Alex Rivera, has been instrumental in this process, supporting her every step of the way to make this project a reality.
Today, Isa leads ATICA with the same passion that has accompanied her since its inception, surrounded by an exceptional team and with the goal of continuing to innovate in the world of styling in Madrid.

Kike Mayor is a stylist renowned for his excellence in advanced colorimetry and lightening techniques, specializing in personalized blondes. His career has taken him to Los Angeles, Miami, and Madrid, where he has perfected his technique in the best salons and worked with clients seeking impeccable, natural, and sophisticated results.

After graduating in Madrid and working in events and management in Europe, Alejandro found his passion in diving, traveled the world, and settled in Thailand for seven years. A diving accident while working in Ibiza changed his course, leading him to the digital world and artificial intelligence, and together with his partner and business associate, they launched Atica Salón.
