Booking, deposit and cancellation policy

ATICA is a small salon by design: we don’t book back-to-back clients all day, we give every appointment the real time it needs. That means once we reserve an hour for you, that hour is no longer available for anyone else.

To protect that time — yours, and that of the other clients who could have taken that slot — we ask for a 20-30% deposit of the service price on first visits, which is deducted from the final price on the day of your appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling: free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling
• No-shows: if you don’t attend your appointment and haven’t let us know at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit is non-refundable
• If something comes up outside that window for a genuine reason, message us and we’ll look at it together

This isn’t a penalty for its own sake — it’s what allows us to keep offering a personalised experience, without overbooking or long waits, to everyone who trusts us with their hair.

What to expect on your first visit

Before any service, we carry out a real assessment of your hair: density, porosity, chemical history and, for colour services, your skin undertone. Based on that, we recommend the service and formula that genuinely suits you — not a standard template. If your starting point requires it — for example, hair that’s already been bleached through several previous processes — we may first do a strand test before committing to the final result.
