Whichever method you choose, every visit begins with a personalized consultation before any color, cut, or treatment.

How to book through Fresha (recommended)

Fresha is our online booking system: instant confirmation, automatic reminders, and real-time availability, so there’s no need to wait for a reply.

Choose the service you want (balayage, color, haircut, treatment…) — if you’re not sure which one you need, select “Professional Consultation,” our initial assessment

If you have questions about which service to choose, please add a note to your booking, and we’ll review it before you arrive

ATICA Salón is located at Calle Velarde, 20, Malasaña (Madrid), just a few minutes’ walk from Chueca, Gran Vía, and Chamberí. If you’re driving, there’s parking available at Fuencarral, 101.

Tuesday & Wednesday Offer (subject to confirmation of validity)

On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, enjoy a 10–15% discount on babylights, balayage, bleaching, and smoothing treatments when booked in advance through our online calendar.

Booking, Deposit, and Cancellation Policy

ATICA is a small salon by design: we don’t schedule clients back-to-back all day; we give each appointment the time it truly needs. That means once we set aside an hour for you, that hour is no longer available to anyone else.

To protect that time—yours, and that of other clients who could have booked that slot—we ask for a 20–30% deposit of the service price for first visits, which is deducted from the final price on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling: free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, by sending us a message on WhatsApp or calling
No-shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit is non-refundable.
If something comes up outside that time frame for a valid reason, send us a message and we'll look into it together

This isn’t a penalty for its own sake—it’s what allows us to continue offering a personalized experience, without overbooking or long waits, to everyone who trusts us with their hair.

What to Expect on Your First Visit

Before any service, we conduct a thorough assessment of your hair: density, porosity, chemical history, and—for color services—your skin undertone. Based on that, we recommend the service and formula that’s truly right for you—not a one-size-fits-all solution. If your hair’s current condition requires it—for example, if it’s already been bleached several times—we may first perform a strand test before committing to the final result.
