Booking an appointment at ATICA Salón takes less than a minute, and you can do it however is most convenient for you: online through Fresha, via WhatsApp, or by calling us directly. Whichever method you choose, every appointment always begins with a personalized consultation before any color, cut, or treatment service.

What to Expect on Your First Visit

Before any service, we conduct a thorough assessment of your hair: density, porosity, chemical history, and—if you’re getting your hair colored—your skin undertone. Based on that information, we recommend the service and formula that truly flatter you, not a one-size-fits-all approach. If your starting point requires it—for example, hair that has already been bleached through several previous treatments—we may first perform a strand test before committing to the final result.

Frequently Asked Questions & No-Show Policy

We recommend booking a few days in advance, especially for balayage, babylights, or highlighting packages, which take between 2 hours and 30 minutes and 4 hours and 30 minutes at the salon.

For first-time visits, we require a deposit of 20–30% of the cost of the
service, which will be deducted from the final price on the day of the appointment.
