Do you speak English?

Yes. We look after international clients every day — your consultation, colour plan and aftercare advice all happen in English (and Spanish, if you prefer).

Can you fix colour done somewhere else?

Yes — colour correction is a core part of what we do, whether it’s box dye, brassy highlights or a balayage that didn’t go to plan. Send us a photo on WhatsApp first so we can advise.

How much does balayage cost?

Where are you and how do I get there?

We’re at Calle Velarde 20, in Malasaña (28004 Madrid) — a few minutes’ walk from Tribunal metro and right beside Plaza del Dos de Mayo.

How far in advance should I book?

Colour appointments fill up, especially at weekends. We’d suggest booking a few days ahead on Fresha — or message us on WhatsApp and we’ll find you a slot.

I’m nervous about colouring my hair abroad. Can we talk first?
