ATICA Salón is run by Isa Otón, a stylist and colorist with more than 20 years of experience in high-end hairstyling. Her career began in Barcelona, where she spent eight years training at some of the best salons in the city, and continued in Madrid, where she worked for six years at Salón 44, honing her precision cutting skills, and another six years managing
the Oculto salon.
In 2025, she fulfilled her dream of opening her own space in
Malasaña, the neighborhood where she has lived for over a decade.

At ATICA, we don't apply the same formula to everyone.
Before any color service, we assess the client’s skin undertone —cool, warm, or neutral—using tests such as the gold and silver test or the vein test, as well as the density, porosity, and
chemical history of the hair. When the starting point requires it
—for example, hair that has already been bleached or has undergone several previous treatments—,
we perform a strand test before committing to the
final result.
